Bookings should be made directly with any of the farms listed:

• First please mention this brochure;
  
• Give your planned arrival and departure dates;
  
• Give the exact number of guests in your party including children & babies;
  
• State clearly the accommodation needed and any particular requirements including type of rooms. meals etc;
  
• Check prices and what they include, also if a deposit is required;
  
• In the event of a cancellation what charges will apply;
  
• When booking self catering cottages, check whether linen, heating and telephone are included;
  
• Check the best time to arrive and what time the rooms or cottages must be vacated on the day of departure;
  
• Ask for directions to the farm;
  
• Give your name, address and telephone fax number;
  
• It is always advisable, that time permitting telephone bookings are confirmed in writing.

Deposits & Cancellations
Some establishments may request a deposit in advance when a written reservation is made, and this may be Forfeited if the booking is cancelled and the establishment is unable to re-let the room (compensation is usually two thirds of the agreed price). In Britain, acceptance of an accommodation booking, by telephone or in writing, is generally regarded as a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel a reservation it is therefore advisable to inform the the establishment concerned immediately
